I ordered golf wall art for a baby nursery on 12/25/2020. Shopping during COVID was making the holiday more bearable.
12/26/2020 - received confirmation email with Order # & that I will be notified when my order is ready and shipped. The website shared that most orders will be shipped 3-4 days, usually sooner.
12/27/2020- my credit card was charged.
I understand that COVID has slowed the mailing production across the globe and it was the holidays.
1/26/2021- I emailed “what is the status of my order?” I got no response.
2/5/2021- I emailed “what is the status of my order?” I got no response.
2/24/2021- I emailed “what is the status of my order?” I got no response.
3/3/2021- I emailed on the status of my order, and lost patience and decided to dispute the claim with my credit card company. After I did that, I finally received a response from Creek and Main stating, “Sorry! I was assured your order shipped. I’ve been sick. I will get back to you as soon as I figure this out. Thank you.” I never received a shipping notice. Decided to give this person a couple days to look into this issue, they may have been sick a long time?
3/5/2021- I responded with, “thank you, is there a status on this order?” Never received a response back.
All along, I was never able to log back into their site with my login information to check the status of my order, it appeared that my user name and password no longer worked. I tried to create a new one and it still didn’t work. Maybe I’ve been banned. Not sure. This explains all the emails I've sent.
4/21/2021- I received an email to leave a review on my full filled order, which sadly, was not fulfilled. There you have it. I missed out on having cool golf pictures. :(
